D&AD AWARDS 2015 –

As a lead-in to the full D&AD 2015 title sequence, we created this teaser film — released two months ahead of the ceremony — to build anticipation across the creative community.
Part of a broader visual identity campaign for the awards, the teaser offered a first glimpse of the ASCEND concept: five iconic D&AD pencils reimagined as monumental peaks, symbolising the challenges and triumphs of creative excellence. The tone was cinematic and meditative — a quiet build-up that hinted at the scale and ambition of the main sequence to come.



Developed entirely in-house at Mill+, the piece set the visual and narrative tone for all content to follow — aligning print, digital and event elements under a unified creative direction.
