Reveal Keynote


Master Animation


  For the global reveal of the ES90, AKQA conceived a keynote installation in which the car would be concealed within sheer fabric screens — transforming the stage into a floating, glowing cube. Our film was projection-mapped onto those screens. I led the creative execution: developing the four material objects at the heart of the piece — metal, glass, fabric, and technology — crafting each one's physical behaviour, and directing the animation so that as the objects drifted and settled into the silhouette of the car itself, the reveal felt inevitable rather than choreographed.

		<description>NIKE: OUR FORCE 1 – Forty Years in Motion


  Nike came to us with a clear brief: celebrate forty years of the Air Force 1 through a medley of the shoe's most iconic versions. I led the creative direction — designing the visual world, establishing the look and feel, and shaping how the individual shoes were selected, sequenced, and brought together into a coherent piece.The film moves through the Air Force 1's material and cultural history — leather folds, stitches, kicks in flight — tracing its journey from the basketball court to global icon. We built a modular animation system using layered motion graphics, sculpted CG, and rhythm-driven sequencing, designed to flex across formats: social, digital ads, and AR experiences without losing its visual logic.

		<description>COCA COLA – Zero Words


  72andSunny had the #ZeroWords campaign — visualising the taste of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar without a single word. Our commission was the Piccadilly Lights — one of the most recognised advertising screens in the world, and a flagship placement for Coca-Cola since 1954. I led the full creative direction across all departments, working closely with artists, animators, and technical advisors to deliver the work end to end.
  
  The hero piece was a 3D anamorphic film for Coca-Cola's iconic curved screen at Piccadilly Circus — built at 5K, centred on an idea as simple as the product itself: each sip of Coke Zero unlocks a bigger and bigger reaction, escalating from a single moment of pleasure into something increasingly surreal and uncontainable. Elements break the frame, characters react with growing intensity, the world expands with each beat. A suite of square-format social films extended the same visual energy across the wider campaign.

Suspicion is an Apple TV+ hriller following five British suspects whose lives unravel after they're identified in the kidnapping of a US media mogul's son.   There was no brief beyond the show itself. I developed the concept from scratch — a sequence built entirely on mirrored recursion, where faces fragment and multiply inside a kaleidoscopic maze of reflections, folding in on themselves until identity becomes impossible to fix. We deliberately avoided literal narrative clues. The mirror isn't decorative — it's the show's core anxiety made visual: who you are depends entirely on who is watching, and from where. Restrained and graphical in execution, the sequence uses rhythm, reflection, and shallow depth to establish unease before a word of dialogue is spoken.

I directed the sequence and led the compositing and edit. The piece premiered alongside the series launch on Apple TV+. Territory Studio also delivered the full screen graphics package for the series — see Suspicion: Screen Graphics.

		<description>VOLVO EM90 – Room for Life


  Two large-format installations for the Chinese market launch of the EM90 — at Beijing International Airport and Shanghai's IAPM Mall. Working directly with Volvo and Stendahls, the brief was to translate the car's concept of "a living room on wheels" into environments that felt genuinely calm and considered rather than conventionally automotive. I led the creative direction across both, with Territory Studio's team solving the distinct spatial and technical challenges each site presented.

  At one of the world's busiest travel hubs, we designed an ambient visual experience across a four-panel LED setup surrounding the vehicle. The content moved through warm Scandinavian-inspired interiors, gentle lighting shifts, and tactile material details — communicating the EM90's sense of stillness and space to an audience in transit. A key challenge was maintaining the illusion of a seamless interior as the camera passed through the car itself, requiring false perspective and selective animation to preserve the spatial logic.

  The IAPM installation used five vertical panels with two receding sharply from either side, creating a more immersive wraparound environment. The content transitioned between natural landscapes, urban settings, and domestic interiors — mirroring the EM90's flexibility and emotional range. Where Beijing asked for calm, Shanghai needed to hold attention in a high-footfall retail setting, so the visual rhythm was tuned to draw people in and hold them without losing the quiet character of the brief.

  Nike's .SWOOSH platform launched with Our Force 1 — the brand's first virtual product, and an early signal of where Nike was taking digital ownership and community. We were brought in to create the launch film: a motion piece tracing the Air Force 1's cultural arc from the basketball court through decades of subculture, and handing it forward into a new chapter.

  
I supervised the creative direction throughout — guiding the animation, establishing the look and feel, and directing the team in close collaboration with Nike's lead creative. The modular build allowed the core film to be cut down and adapted across Nike's social ecosystem without losing its visual logic.

		<description>FISKER – Vision Day


  For Fisker's inaugural Vision Day, the brand revealed three new EV models — the PEAR, the RŌNIN, and the ALASKA — to a live audience of press and investors. Working directly with Fisker's in-house team, I led the creative direction for the on-stage visualisation: the films and motion content that introduced each car to the world for the first time.

  Each vehicle demanded a different visual register. The PEAR needed clarity and accessibility — clean compositions and UI-driven storytelling for an urban EV built on minimalism. The RŌNIN called for drama — sculptural lighting and cinematic weight befitting a high-performance grand tourer. The ALASKA needed scale and confidence — landscape-led visuals that made its dual-purpose character feel earned rather than claimed.

		<description>JOSEPHJOSEPH SPACE – Design in Motion

Otherway brought us in as their motion partner for the launch of JosephJoseph's SPACE cookware range. I directed three CG films across five formats — social, digital, and e-commerce — each built to give the products a sense of material weight and precision that stills alone couldn't carry.


The Range


  A brand overview moving through the full Space collection — macro details, sculptural forms, and kinetic type in a clean gradient environment. The brief was versatility; the approach was flow.


The Stack


  Compact storage and modular utility, made visual. Vertical transitions and interlocking moves mirror the product's real-world logic — precision choreographed rather than explained.


The Fold


  A single focused film on the patented folding handle. Close lens, restrained animation — a practical feature treated as a moment of quiet design theatre.

		<description>NIKE: AIRPHORIA – Fortnite x Air Max


  Nike brought us in to rescue the campaign content for Airphoria — their Air Max-themed island in Fortnite — after the original production fell short of the standard they needed. Working directly with Nike Virtual Studios and Epic's creator teams, I served as CD and client liaison, establishing a clear quality bar and driving all assets to delivery across DOOH, social, and digital.

  The work spanned cinematic teasers showcasing the Airphoria island and sneaker-hunt gameplay, alongside OOH content that connected the digital world to Nike's physical .SWOOSH ecosystem — supporting their first major UEFN-built immersive world across both virtual and physical markets.
